Static the Cemidonian

Static is from the planet Cemidon, which has its share of different-looking species. Static is of the species which closely resembles Earth hedgehogs.

A few things to note: Static's antennae act in place of ears, and they are highly sensitive. As well, it should be noted that he only has four fingers on his hand, as opposed to five.

Static manipulates electric energy, as his name might indicate. His cell-tissue is regenerative, and behaves more like a plant than an animal of flesh and blood.
